Terms of Service

This service is intended for users 18 years and older. By creating an account you confirm you are at least 18. We do not collect dates of birth for browsing or account creation.

Checkout is handled by Hostinger's secure hosted payment page. Submitting an order authorises payment for the items and total shown and creates a binding order once payment is confirmed. Card payments are processed by Hostinger and its payment provider; MHN Connexts Style does not receive or store your full card details.

You are responsible for keeping sign-in access secure and for providing accurate profile information. You may delete your account at any time from your account page; deletion permanently removes your profile, phone number, saved addresses and sizes, bag, wishlist and concierge conversation.

You can cancel an order before it has dispatched by contacting us at mhnclothing.fashion@gmail.com with your order details. Once an order has dispatched, our Shipping & Returns policy applies instead.

Marketing email is opt-in. You can withdraw consent from Email preferences in your account or from the unsubscribe link included in every marketing email. Essential account messages are not marketing and cannot be switched off while your account exists.

Noor provides general styling, sizing and care guidance, and is rate limited to protect the service. Recommendations should be checked against the product details shown before completing your purchase.

Catalogue descriptions, photography, prices and stock reflect our live store and may be updated from time to time. If a piece sells out between browsing and checkout, we'll let you know before any payment is taken.

See our Privacy Policy and Shipping & Returns.
